The Spears PVC insert female adapter is a 1 in. x 1 in. FIPT x insert fitting joining polyethylene pipe to standard female threaded connections.
Rugged PVC molded to precise dimensions resists corrosion and chemical attack, the insert side fits pressure-rated polyethylene pipe (Schedule 40 or SIDR), and the internal FIPT end mates cleanly with male threaded fittings or valves.
